Custom RPC in Mobile App

Would be great to have the ability to customize the RPC used in the mobile app.

There are different reasons one would like to use a different RPC for the same network:

*) Privacy concerns with the default RPC
*) Intended use of special RPCs like Flashbots
*) etc.

Also, there are reasons like the following:

*) Custom network or fork that is not available in default RPC list

I think adding a section with "Networks" in the Settings page (like Metamask) would be great. And then give the option to make the switch in the main dropdown that already exists.

Things to consider:

*) Will WalletConnect work? If yes, make sure the right network is used.
