Review and update feature and portfolio requests

I noticed a lot of feature requests have been implemented while it doesn't look like anyone is looking at portfolio requests. I submitted a portfolio request months ago that's been implemented so either someone looked at it and did it without updating the request or they never saw it at all but did it anyway.
An example is the historical swap prices request, that's been added in (and is great btw) yet it's still under review.
Looks like someone has to spend a day cleaning things up.
